These pictures are taken in the Palandöken on July 27th at an altitude of approximately 2300 meters. This location is known for Colias croceus, Colias thisoa, and Colias aurinia. I don't think there is a white form of Colias thisoa, but the female Colias thisoa has very dark submarginal markings on the underside forewing. This butterfly has greyish veins on the upperside forewing, which also rules out Colias croceus. The black spot on the forewing is rather large, while Colias aurinia normally has a smaller spot. The top of the antennas of Colias aurorinia are partly bright yellow. So I don't think it is any of the beforementioned butterflies. The Palandöken falls within the range of the distribution of Colias chlorocoma (ssp. chlorocoma). On ZOBODAT you can find more information (and images) of this species: Eine neue Unterart von Colias chlorocoma Christoph, 1888 aus dem iranischen Talesh (Lepidoptera: Pieridae) by Wolfgang Eckweiler. Although this article is about a Iranian subspecies it contains several pictures of the ssp. chlorocoma that flies in the East of Turkey. See pictures 13 through 18 and specifically picture 17 and 18.
